By creating an account on Showcaseme (operated by SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED a non-exclusive license to display it solely for platform functionality.

Your portfolio may be shared externally. The Company is not responsible for how information is used outside the platform.

The Showcaseme platform including its code, design, features, and branding is the intellectual property of SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You agree not to upload illegal, misleading, harmful, or copyrighted content without permission.

Showcaseme allows AI-generated or edited images within portfolios. We do not validate whether images represent real individuals or factual identity. Any trust, hiring, or verification decisions made based on such content are at the sole discretion and responsibility of viewers and third parties.

API users must respect rate limits. Abuse may result in revoked access.

While we use security best practices, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed. Users are responsible for backups.

Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which also serves as our Privacy Notice under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act). As a Data Principal, you have rights to access, correct, and erase your data, and to withdraw consent you've given for specific purposes (such as analytics cookies or marketing emails). SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED may modify or discontinue services at any time without notice.

The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED against claims arising from your use of the platform.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state where SHOWCASEME TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is registered.

Terms may be updated periodically. Continued use implies acceptance.
